Kauaʻi · Cleanup standard
Kauai cleanup — inquiry kitchens left cleaner than we found them.
/private-chef is what a night includes — when we can staff. This blog note is the last hour in a Princeville or Poʻipū kitchen, left cleaner than we found it.
Cleanup is in. We do not leave an inquiry kitchen as we found it. That is the standard, not an add-on. Inquiry until we can staff.
Rentals and venue fees still print as their own lines. Cleanup is not a rental. Open /journal/what-is-included for the split.
Kauai catering (210) stays on /catering. This article is one dinner’s last hour — at inquiry.
