The dietary census, solved
We send the template; your coordinator collects flags at registration; the menus come back labeled per dish. Allergen prep is separate; nobody eats a visibly “special” plate in front of colleagues. It’s infrastructure, not accommodation theater.
Paperwork, designed for finance
One written quote, itemized by line — food, staffing, travel, 20% service, GET up to 4.7120% — and the quote is the confirmed total. The expense report becomes a photocopy; the receipts envelope covers the groceries.
Questions, answered
Twenty at the Signature mid-band ($200) is $4,000 for food and service, plus any staffing and the bar cart if you want it — then 20% service and GET on their own lines. The written quote fixes everything.
Yes — that’s the retreat product: one contract, every meal, 8–30 guests across 3–7 days, priced per person per day from published rates.
