The $50–$75 South Shore surcharge covers the drive; no bridges, no clauses — the dry side’s logistics are as calm as its winters. Resort-belt events coordinate with house managers on load-in; we’ve worked the plantation venues’ kitchens before.
Sourcing is named, not implied: goat cheese from Kunana Dairy, greens from the Saturday Hanalei Farmers’ Market and its growers, Kauaʻi grass-fed beef, day-boat fish when the boats go out.
