Venues and kitchens, East Side
From resort event rooms to church halls to backyard lānai, the East Side’s venues share one trait: kitchens that range from commercial to none. The site check in the quote phase determines what we cook on-site and what arrives ready — the quote reflects the real logistics either way.
Questions, answered
Thirty guests at the Table band top ($150) is $4,500 for food, plus two to three servers at published hourlys (roughly $700–$1,000), then 20% service and GET on their own lines. No surcharge — the East Side is base zone.
Resident events are the East Side’s core — monthly, year-round, protected from the visitor season’s compression. The kamaʻāina weekly line lives here too.
