For venues past the bridge — and the planner should always ask — our written terms: 72-hour notice, shopping sequenced before crossings, documented HDOT closures reschedule rather than forfeit. Your deposit does not evaporate over a landslide.

Working with your venue and planner
Estate venues run on house rules: load-in windows, kitchen access, sound curfews. We coordinate with your planner and the estate manager in the quote phase — vendor lists, insurance paperwork, and the rain plan all settle before the deposit.
Questions, answered
From $175/guest plus staffing (servers $55/hr, sous $75/hr, 4-hour floor), against the island’s ~$75/plate caterer average — the difference is the estate-week format and a written quote that is the confirmed total. A 50-guest week is worked out on our cost page.
Seventy-five staffed is the standard envelope; over 75 is a written exception quoted explicitly. Bluff lawns also carry their own realities — wind, access, power — settled in the site check before the quote.
