- Written quote rule — the quote is the confirmed total; nothing is added after approval
- Deposit — 50% locks the date; only ever after the written quote
- Cancellation — 28+ days: partial refund; 14–28 days: deposit retained; under 7 days: full balance due
- Force majeure — documented closures (incl. the Hanalei bridge) and emergencies reschedule rather than forfeit
- Dietary disclosure — allergies and flags must be disclosed before the menu call locks; we cook to what we know
The honesty note about these terms
These terms render as proposed until counsel locks the final text. The shape won’t change — deposit, tiers, force majeure — but the legal wording will be counsel’s. We publish the proposed version because “terms available after booking” is the kind of opacity this site exists to end.
