Sourcing is named, not implied: goat cheese from Kunana Dairy, greens from the Saturday Hanalei Farmers’ Market and its growers, Kauaʻi grass-fed beef, day-boat fish when the boats go out.

Every menu maps to a published band:
- Table — $125–$150/guest · family-style, brunch, kids’ tables
- Signature — $150–$250/guest · coursed dinners, the Hanalei Table
- Premium — $250–$350/guest · tasting menus, the best of the boats
- Chef’s Table — from $350/guest · quoted per event, every course named
